1. Acceptance of Terms

Journey Japan provides an online travel planning platform that helps visitors plan trips to Japan. The Service includes destination guides, curated itineraries, a trip planner tool, and blog content about traveling in Japan.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 shall survive termination of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section affects your right to rely on mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

14. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Journey Japan regarding the use of the Service.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
